Job Description

Job Objective:

  • The Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering digital initiatives, including CMS platforms, system integrations and enterprise digital solutions to support business and digital transformation objectives. The role ensures effective coordination between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable and scalable digital solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Delivery

  • Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of digital platforms including CMS-based systems and integrated digital solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system improvements across digital platforms.
  • Ensure proper documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and implementation processes.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance for digital platforms and digital solutions
  • Review and validate technical designs, system integrations, and implementation approaches proposed by vendors or development teams.
  • Act the technical focal point for digital initiatives, supporting system optimization and performance improvements.

Project Management

  • Manage digital and technology projects including scope, timelines, risks and resource coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Testing & Deployment

  • Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Ensure system readiness, performance, and stability prior to production release.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure digital platforms comply with internal security policies, enterprise technology standards, and regulatory requirement including bank Negara Malaysia RMiT guidelines.
  • Support and coordinate IT Risk Assessment (ITRA) activities for digital systems and technology implementations.
  • Work with security teams and vendors to address vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT/Pentest) findings and ensure remediation action are implemented.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Work Closely with vendors to ensure deliverables meet agreed service level and project timelines
  • Manage vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with business units and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business objective.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in digital platform delivery, CMS platforms or enterprise system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, system architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Experience managing technology projects and coordinating with vendors and technical teams.
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle, testing processes, and production deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage both technical and project-related responsibilities.
