Why We Need You
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Organic) to strengthen Steelcase's visibility and community across digital channels. You'll grow our organic presence through SEO, CRM, and strategic partnerships (organic) that drive traffic, engagement and conversion.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage SEO and AEO/GEO strategies to grow organic traffic and visibility.
- Optimize content and web architecture for search performance and relevance.
- Build and manage organic partnerships and backlinks to enhance brand authority.
- Support CRM and retention initiatives, helping create relevant, data-driven communication.
- Track, analyze, and report on organic channel performance across regions.
Who You Are
- 36 years of experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital growth marketing.
- Skilled in tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer journeys, and organic lead generation.
- Strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about connecting people and ideas through meaningful digital experiences.
