Why We Need You
Steelcase APAC is seeking a performance-driven marketer to own B2B paid acquisition, lead generation, and account-based campaigns. You'll be the hands-on expert executing, optimizing, and reporting paid strategies to build a quality sales pipeline across APAC.
What You'll Do
- Plan, activate, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search, AEO/GEO, industry verticals, and business platforms for B2B demand generation.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and retargeting focused on business audiences, personas, and key account lists.
- Collaborate with sales, dealer, and business development teams to define target accounts, messaging, and content syndication needs.
- Optimize lead generation forms, landing pages, and conversion flows for CPL, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Set up tracking (using UTM, CRM integration, GA4) and report on MQLs, pipeline, and attribution against B2B KPIs.
- Test LinkedIn, Google, and B2B partner placements for new formats and learnings.
- Analyze and refine targeting, audiences, and bid strategies for firms, industries, and buyer roles.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of B2B paid media or digital campaign management experience.
- Direct experience in LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, programmatic B2B, CRM retargeting.
- Analytical, reliable, and comfortable working with sales teams and pipeline reporting.
- Familiar with B2B lead gen sales cycles and account-based targeting.
- Data-driven with excellent organizational and communication skills.
