We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Supervisor, Customer Relations to support client-related activities for projects, vessels, audits, and special visits. This role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment clients and visitors arrive on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Customer Relations arrangements for incoming projects/vessels, including client office/room setup and readiness.
- Prepare and process all required passes such as boarding passes, client passes, e-passes, vehicle passes, and confined space passes for service engineers.
- Support internal divisions (M&AIS and O&G) in hosting customers, auditors, service engineers, and visitors.
- Capture, record, and report visitor feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
- Decorate the Customer Relations office for festive seasons and special events.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support daily operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) requirements for all customer-related areas and activities.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with good time management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in documentation and pass management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach.
