Supervisor, Retail (Kajang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store activities and staff performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock replenishment
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Train and motivate staff to meet sales and service goals
• Prepare sales reports and assist in scheduling and task assignments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification:SPM / Diploma in Business or related field
• Experience:23 years in retail, with supervisory experience preferred
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Sales-driven and goal-focused
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office)
