Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for a full-time on-site role in Subang Jaya. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff scheduling. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and training new employees. The Supervisor will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service is provided.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing staff and overseeing daily operations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of inventory management and health and safety compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
