Role Description

This full-time, on-site Takaful Advisor role is based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored Takaful solutions, including financial protection and savings plans. Daily responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, explaining product benefits, managing client portfolios, and ensuring continuous care and support. The advisor will also contribute to business growth by building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on identifying customer needs
• Knowledge of financial services, insurance, or Takaful products
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently
• Keen understanding of Shariah principles and how they apply to Takaful products
• Experience in client portfolio management is a plus
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in English is an advantage
