Job Overview
As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our local hiring strategies, with a strong focus on sourcing top-tier technical and engineering talent to support our advanced manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics, acting as a trusted advisor on talent market trends.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for niche technical roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Machine Vision, Laser, etc.) using LinkedIn, local job boards, and networking events.
- Employer Branding: Promote LEAD's employer brand within the Malaysian market to attract high-quality professionals.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all hiring practices strictly adhere to Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act) and internal compliance policies. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What You'll Bring / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. A strong track record of hiring technical roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Machine Vision, Laser, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to non-standard automation equipment, intelligent manufacturing, or related high-tech industries will give you a significant edge.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and Malay (both spoken and written) to effectively engage with our diverse talent pool and internal stakeholders.
- Local Expertise: Solid understanding of the Malaysian talent market, labor laws, and statutory employment compliance requirements.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging various job portals (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn) and standard office software.
- Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives independently, driven by results and highly motivated to achieve hiring goals.
