As ourteams Talent Acquisition Specialist, youll be on the front lines of sourcing and converting top AI & tech talent across Asia. This hybrid role blends outbound sourcing on LinkedIn with email marketing, helping us build a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring they move through our funnel smoothly. Youll experiment, measure, and iterate fast to drive talent activation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Outreach & Sourcing
- Identify and engage high-potential tech talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, or other channels
- Craft compelling messages and follow-ups tailored to each profile
- Manage candidate pipeline and outreach tracking in Notion/CRM
- Build and maintain a database of high-quality profiles
Email Funnel Management
- Design and write email sequences (welcome, nudge, reactivation, etc.)
- Track performance: open, click, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on messaging to improve activation
- Coordinate with product/ops to optimize conversion at each touchpoint
Conversion & Metrics
- Analyze funnel drop-off and identify friction points
- Work closely with the team to refine job invites, application flows, and follow-ups
- Report weekly on outreach volume, activation rates, and conversion metrics
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in growth, talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, or B2B outbound
- Strong organizational skills paired with excellent copywriting and brand messaging capabilities
- Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Notion, Customer.io
- Comfortable with metrics, funnels, and light automation
- Fast learner, autonomous, and scrappy, not afraid to test and iterate
- Based in Klang Valley / Greater Kuala Lumpur
