Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support technical teams involved in infrastructure delivery, including IT operations, engineering, and related functions.
- Ensure that systems, platforms, and technology environments align with service delivery needs.
- Supervise the planning, deployment, and upkeep of infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate closely with service delivery teams (SDM, SDL, SM) to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement to strengthen service performance.
- Manage technical resources, financial allocations, and vendor partnerships.
- Uphold compliance with internal standards, cybersecurity guidelines, and regulatory obligations.
- Offer expert guidance and support to teams involved in service operations.
- Oversee incident and problem management, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
- Demonstrate strong competence in Wintel, Linux, Networking, and Infrastructure Integrations.
Requirements:
- 58+ years of proven experience in technical leadership, infrastructure operations, or service delivery support.
- Strong practical skills in Wintel, Linux, Network technologies, and Infra-integration environments.
- Background in leading or mentoring technical teams within a dynamic operational setting.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure frameworks, and operational tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, particularly in handling incidents and technical issues.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as SDM/SDL/SM teams.
- Understanding of IT governance, compliance principles, and information security requirements.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Linux, Networking, or ITIL are a plus.
