Telesales Executive

Telesales / Telecaller / Telemarketer (Malay + English)

Location : Petaling Jaya

Location of the company is :WISMA LYL,12, Jalan 51A/223 Section 51A Petaling Jaya, 46100 Selangor Working Days: (Monday- Sunday)

Working hours:

Shift - 8 am to 5 pm (Off day refer to schedule)

Job Responsibilities: 

● Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

● Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).

● Manage / store customer information on the company system.

● Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.

● Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

 Requirements : 

● Min SPM graduated with at least 3-6 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out)

● Fresh Graduate are most welcome.

● Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business

● Voice clear, fluent, good communication English and Malay
