Hiring: Test Manager Banking Domain (Onsite, Malaysia)
We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage large-scale testing projects in the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT & business testers, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Develop and maintain Test Strategy, Plans, and Reports
Manage defect triage, stakeholder communication, and reporting
Oversee Functional & Non-Functional testing, environment, and test data
Ensure quality and process compliance using JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
Requirements:
13+ years in Test Management (10+ in Banking)
Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
ISTQB CTALTM Certified (Mandatory)
Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
Location: Malaysia (Onsite)
