Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Petaling Jaya. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing daily administrative support, managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and records, and assisting with clerical tasks. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders as well as supporting executives with specific administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills, including proficiency in file management and scheduling
  • High-level Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and team members
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior management
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
