Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Handle paperwork and documentation (invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, etc.)
- Support basic finance functions such as payments, receivables, and expense tracking
- Liaise with external accountant for bookkeeping and bank-related records
- Assist engineers and project teams with administrative needs
- Support event coordination, logistics, and customer order fulfilment
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an added advantage
- Interest in robotics or tech environments is a bonus (but not required)
