Principal Duties
- Assist in handling stamp duty matters for contracts and procurement-related documents.
- Check and ensure contracts and agreements are submitted for stamp duty adjudication and stamping within the stipulated timelines.
- Follow up with internal departments and external parties on stamp duty status.
- Maintain and update a stamp duty tracking list/record for all procurement contracts.
- Ensure stamp duty certificates are properly recorded, filed, and maintained for audit and reference purposes.
- Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with stamp duty requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of stamped agreements in both physical and soft copy formats.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to stamp duty matters, as required.
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to contract and stamp duty matters.
- Comply with the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and Deleum's Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) requirements.
Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job
- 1–3 years of working experience in administration, procurement, legal documentation, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor deadlines.
- Able to handle documentation and coordination work effectively.
- Basic knowledge of contracts or stamp duty is an added advantage.
Academic/Professional Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Fresh degree holders are encouraged to apply.
