The Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth across our corporate sales & media solutions portfolio - including but not limited to cinema screens, event spaces, and halls. This role focuses on building a robust pipeline, expanding relationships with existing clients, and positioning the company as the preferred Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
• Own and deliver monthly and annual sales targets for assigned industry segments
• Identify, prospect, and convert high-potential accounts within targeted verticals
• Build a sustainable pipeline through market research, networking, and proactive outreach
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align client objectives with our advertising and event solutions
2. Market Positioning & Innovation
• Develop creative advertising packages, sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Position the company as the preferred OOH advertising option by articulating unique value propositions
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify differentiation opportunities
3. Client Growth & Retention
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize share of wallet
• Create customized advertising plans that drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Conduct regular account reviews to uncover new needs and expand scope of engagement
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through responsive service and strategic consultation
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years in OOH, media, or B2B advertising sales with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and managing a client portfolio end-to-end.
• Strong pitching, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistently. Commercially astute across pricing and deal structuring. Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented. Builds trust quickly with clients and stakeholders. Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management discipline.
