Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor or Kuala Lumpur, for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also develop and implement strategies to drive business growth while collaborating with teams to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in marketing strategies and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Public Relation or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the consulting and training industry is advantageous
