Provide support to the sales team in various patient/customer-related tasks as needed. Work closely with sales representatives, managers, and other members of the team, so the ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.
Aid in the creation of detailed and accurate quotations for customers/patients/hospital.
Acknowledge customer/patient/hospital purchase orders and provide accurate delivery dates.
Process purchase orders received from hospitals/patients/customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist sales person with patients/customers pre-sales & post-sales care.
Respond to customer/patient requests, inquiries, and problems promptly and efficiently. Resolving any sales related issues with customers/patients.
Assist Sales team for company exhibition/conference events.
Be involved in Company's continuous improvement projects.
Assist Managers / Department on ad hoc tasks.
To handle tasks and assignments given by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma level in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a bonus.
With or without working experience is encourage to apply.
Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
Initiative, matured and analytical with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
