We are seeking a Business Development Executiveto help expand our merchant network and contribute to the success of our client campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy building strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with merchants and retailers to secure deals, privileges, or rewards in line with client marketing campaigns.
- Support client loyalty programs by sourcing suitable merchant partners, presenting campaign ideas, and securing commercial agreements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for merchants and ensure timely, accurate communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Prepare reports and performance summaries for internal and client use.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role involving negotiation or partnership development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in presenting to and engaging with decision-makers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Note: High-potential fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may also be considered.

Work Schedule
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
(Overtime may occasionally be required for urgent deadlines)
