A growing property management company is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen market presence. The company provides end-to-end property management solutions, including tenancy services, property inspection, renovation and interior-design coordination, and asset-management support.
We are looking for someone with strong industry insight and a proven ability to build relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and real estate agents.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting property owners, landlords, developers, and investors
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key partners within the property ecosystem
- Present the company's full suite of property management, renovation, and asset-management services to prospective clients
- Develop proposals and customized service packages based on client needs
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals for property management and related services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution
- Conduct market research to monitor property trends, competitor activities, and potential growth segments
- Attend property events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on business development activities
Requirements
- 35 years experience in business development, sales, or account management within property management, real estate, facilities management, or related industries
- Mandarin-speaker
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics and typical service needs (tenancy management, renovation, asset management)
- Existing network with property owners, developers, agents, or investors is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple leads independently
- Willingness to travel for meetings and client engagement; own transport preferred
