GHHS Healthcare is expanding our preventive healthcare and wellness services. We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support our growing local and international member base.
JOB SCOPE
- Handle patient and member enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, walk-in)
- Assist with appointments, health screenings and doctor bookings.
- Support GHHS Membership registration and renewals.
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking and international clients.
- Maintain professional, caring and accurate service records.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in Mandarin & English.
- Customer-friendly, calm and organised.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality or service industry preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, computer systems and booking tools.
