This role is responsible for shaping and enhancing products across multiple asset classes by combining market research, competitive insights, and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and design to launch, optimization, and internal enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Trading Product Strategy Development: Responsible for market positioning, competitive analysis, and regional demand insights to locate the trading product strategy, including FX, Commodities, Equities, Fixed income, Funds and Cryptocurrency. Propose differentiated and actionable product strategies and execute the strategy to support brand promotion and business growth.
- Product lifecycle management: Conduct product competitive research, product design and collaborate with different teams to launch the product. Regular monitoring of products and maintaining a dynamic product adjustment considering the product competitiveness and risk management.
- Cross-functional Execution: Develop product roadmaps, coordinate with relevant teams, and drive product delivery and launches to ensure smooth implementation.
- Data-driven Product Iteration: Diagnose issues through data analysis, propose optimization plans, and drive continuous product iteration to enhance performance.
- Product Education & Internal Enablement: Establish unified product knowledge library, product user manuals, and communication guidelines to support sales and marketing efforts, while incorporating customer feedback into product decisions.
- Establish and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) and supplementary workflows, including step-by-step guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in financial products, e.g. FX, Commodities, Equities, Fixed income, Funds and Cryptocurrency.
- Problem solving skill and proven ability to independently manage the full product lifecycle management process (from requirement gathering to rule design and final launch).
- Fast learner with strong ability to articulate product logic clearly and align effectively with both different teams to ensure execution.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Product Associate.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market is a strong plus.
