Job Description
At Ikhlas.com, we are building a strong digital marketing team to support the growth of our platform and services. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Executive, Junior Digital Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their career in digital marketing and performance marketing, while gaining hands-on experience with advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and digital analytics. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and data teams to support campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
Support the creation and testing of target audience segments, including lookalike audiences, website audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Work with the creative team to prepare and test different ad creatives, visuals, and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing ads to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct basic performance analysis and reporting on campaign results.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital marketing performance.
Assist in maintaining campaign documentation, tracking reports, and marketing dashboards.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Gain exposure to other areas of digital marketing such as SEO, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation.
Support the team in maintaining a collaborative, positive, and results-driven work environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
