Are you a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and responsible finance professional We are looking for a dedicated Finance Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role:

As our Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. Your meticulous approach and organisational skills will ensure that our financial data is precise and up-to-date. You will oversee accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and handle various financial tasks, working closely with our Manager who will guide you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly).
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Handle claims and conduct bank reconciliation and closing activities.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
• At least 1+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Xero.
