The HR Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of comprehensive HR services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. Acting as the bridge between HR strategy and day-to-day execution, this role ensures policies and frameworks are effectively translated into practice. The HR Manager will lead a team to manage the full employee lifecycle, partner with leaders on people matters, and drive process improvements, analytics, and engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness
What You'll Be Doing:
Operational Leadership & Compliance
- Lead the HR operations team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, exits, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Manage HRIS administration, reporting, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Drive HR process optimization and digitalization initiatives for efficiency and scalability.
Business Partnering & Advisory
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on operational HR matters, providing clear and practical guidance on policies, performance, and employee relations.
- Escalate high-risk or strategic issues to the Department Head while ensuring timely day-to-day resolution.
- Build trusted relationships with people managers and employees to reinforce HR as a solutions-oriented partner.
Performance Management & Development
- Drive the performance management cycle, supporting KPI-setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Coach people managers on conducting feedback conversations and handling PIPs.
- Support succession planning and capability-building efforts in collaboration with Talent Management COE.
Compensation, Benefits & Analytics
- Consolidate and prepare data for compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs in collaboration with the Total Rewards COE.
- Provide employees and managers with guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Deliver HR dashboards, workforce reports, and analytics to identify trends and support decision-making.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead local engagement initiatives, recognition activities, and wellness programs, ensuring alignment with global People Experience strategies.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and co-create action plans with leaders.
Team & Administration Leadership
- Manage and develop the HR operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution and capability development.
- Support site-level administration and facilities management where applicable.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 810 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR operations or HR generalist management.
- Proven experience in collaborating with HR COEs and business stakeholders to deliver integrated HR programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and operational HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Experience with Workday is an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Strong planning and execution skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
