Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership (The Visionary)

  • Impactful Advisory: Act as a trusted Strategic Partner to the leadership team, translating business vision into actionable HR strategies and influencing key organizational decisions.
  • Transformation Catalyst: Spearhead and champion critical initiatives related to organizational design, policy modernization, and navigating large-scale change management.
  • Talent Cultivator: Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR & Admin team, empowering them to deliver world-class service and achieve flawless operational execution.

Human Resources Excellence (The People Champion)

  • Engagement Architect: Design and execute high-impact employee engagement programs, activities, and communication that actively strengthen our company culture and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Performance Evolution: Drive the performance management lifecycle, ensuring fair, inspiring processes that reward achievement and maximize employee potential.
  • Compliance Guardian: Manage all C&B, payroll, and record-keeping with absolute accuracy and integrity, upholding strict compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Growth Accelerator (Recruitment): Forge powerful partnerships with department heads to anticipate future talent needs and deploy innovative, full-cycle hiring campaigns to secure top-tier talent.

Administration & Operational Efficiency (The Engine Builder)

  • Operational Command: Take full command of day-to-day administrative functions, guaranteeing a seamless, productive, and inviting office environment.
  • Resource Optimization: Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and facility management, continuously identifying opportunities to boost cost-efficiency and service quality.
  • System Innovation: Design and implement next-generation administrative workflows and processes, transforming office functions from reactive to proactively optimized.
  • Executive Support: Provide key support for high-stakes company events, critical travel logistics, and essential documentation management.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience & Leadership: Minimum of 68 years of progressive, impactful experience in HR and Administration, including at least 2 years commanding a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Foundation: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Legal Mastery: Deep, actionable knowledge of Malaysia employment law and a track record of implementing contemporary HR best practices.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills (New): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for stakeholder management, policy development, and conducting effective employee relations.
  • Action-Oriented: A hands-on, proactive executor known for exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive independently in a dynamic, high-velocity environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong experience leveraging HRIS systems (e.g., SQL, Kakitangan, or similar platforms) to drive efficiency.
  • Language Advantage (New): Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a distinct advantage that will be highly beneficial for internal communication and liaising with certain stakeholders.
