As a
Installation COE Leader (Asia) at Honeywell, you will be developing subcontractor strategies, improving cost competitiveness, driving performance, and supporting early-stage bid and estimation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and management for regional subcontractors.
- Expand and maintain a strong, reliable supplier base.
- Build relationships with contractors across the Rest of Asia (ROA).
- Ensure subcontractors meet Honeywell standards.
- Partner with Proposal & Estimation teams for high-quality inputs.
- Validate estimates and identify risks.
- Support competitive bid strategies.
- Lead negotiations including rate-card development.
- Standardize subcontract templates and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and regional laws (ASEAN / APAC) and Honeywell policies.
- Develop and deploy KPIs.
- Establish preferred subcontractor programs.
- Support capability-building initiatives.
- Improve bid package development processes.
- Drive adoption of procurement tools.
- Support cost model and should-cost tools.
Key Experience & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5–8+ years subcontracting experience in EPC or construction environments.
- Strong background in low-voltage electrical trades.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Experience in multicultural environments.
