Sales Performance & Strategy
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas and key principal targets as established by the company.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and Go-to-Market plans in collaboration with leadership to ensure long-term objectives are met.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely updates and maintain a competitive edge.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion into untapped territories.
- Actively prospect and promote the company's product portfolio to increase brand awareness among potential clients.
- Drive revenue through the upselling and cross-selling of end-to-end solutions and the broader suite of corporate services.
Relationship & Partner Management
- Maintain and strengthen high-quality relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Manage relationships with key principals and local partners to secure better support for strategic projects and deals.
- Work closely with Business Development, Finance, and other internal departments to align sales objectives and streamline processes.
Operational Excellence
- Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and account progress updates.
- Manage the Inquiry to Sales process, including the preparation of quotations, proposals, tender participations, and service orders.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and assist with payment follow-ups while ensuring strong gross profit margins and meeting SGA targets.
- Ensure the company's CRM and prospect databases are consistently updated and accurate.
Compliance & Professionalism
- Complete required principal certifications and meet all Business Partnership KPIs within specified timelines.
- Maintain a professional company image and high-quality standards in all sales engagements and proposals.
