Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate internal team and resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of service quality.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand their business needs.
  • Work closely with Sales Team to ensure smooth, high-quality handovers that set deals up for success.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within existing accounts.

  • Prospect, engage, and qualify business opportunities across the Malaysia region.
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, making outbound calls, sending emails, or WhatsApp messages, to potential customers to set up a meeting (online or face-to-face).
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, uncover business challenges, and position company's services and solutions as the answer.
  • Follow up on cold leads, conduct discovery calls, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.

Key Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in inside sales, lead-generation, or customer service representative related roles preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in account management/client relationship experience.
  • Must have strong experience of LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline generation targets, and other performance KPIs.
  • A goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on achieving targets and numbers.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably from IT Software industry background.
