About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen our mobile business brand presence and accelerate user acquisition. This role will manage integrated marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns (online & offline) to boost brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, KOL partnerships, and community promotions targeting key user segments (students, Chinese community, youth, etc.).
  • Design and implement promotions, bundled packages, and co-marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Conduct market and user analysis, prepare marketing reports, and provide insights to guide product and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing activities with sales goals and customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 year of marketing or brand management experience; background in telecom, internet is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian market and user behavior, with experience in digital and offline marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
