YuBake is looking for junior and senior marketing talent to support our Marketing Manager in executing marketing activities across cakes, festive gifting and YuBake Coffee.

We welcome people with startup spirit and an entrepreneurial mindset—curious, resourceful and ready to turn ideas into action.

What you'll work on:

• Marketing campaigns, product launches and festive promotions for Chinese New Year, Raya and Mid-Autumn Festival.

• Social media content, website promotions, email and WhatsApp marketing.

• Coordination with designers, content creators and advertising partners.

• Creator collaborations, customer engagement and partnerships.

• Campaign calendars, timelines and follow-ups.

• Tracking campaign results and identifying improvements.

• Working with sales, operations and customer service to deliver promotions smoothly.

Junior level — Marketing Executive

Fresh graduates and candidates early in their marketing careers are welcome. You'll assist with campaign execution and coordination, with guidance from the Marketing Manager. We value your initiative, organisation and willingness to learn.

Senior level — Senior Marketing Executive

You should have relevant marketing experience and be comfortable independently managing campaign tasks, coordinating partners and meeting deadlines. Experience in e-commerce, F&B, retail or consumer brands is an advantage.

For both levels, we're looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and works well with others.

• Pays attention to details and follows through.

• Enjoys both creative work and practical execution.

• Takes ownership and brings ideas for improvement.
