Senior Marketing Executive

We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive | YuBake

Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into completed projects—and help turn marketing activities into sales.

At YuBake, we create cakes, festive gifts and café experiences through our e-commerce business and YuBake Coffee. You'll support our Marketing Manager while taking ownership of sales and marketing projects from planning through execution and review.

What we expect you to deliver:

• Execute campaigns that drive business results: support product launches and festive promotions, with clear goals for enquiries, conversions, sales and repeat purchases.

• Own projects from start to finish: organise action plans, coordinate people and materials, meet deadlines and resolve issues early.

• Support sales activities: help develop corporate gifting opportunities, coordinate proposals and promotional materials, and follow up on opportunities with our sales team.

• Coordinate marketing channels: work on social media, website promotions, email, WhatsApp marketing and creator collaborations.

• Track performance and improve: report what worked, what didn't and what we should change—not just how many activities were completed.

• Work well across teams: collaborate with sales, operations, customer service and our café team so campaigns are practical and customers receive what we promise.

Who we're looking for:

• Relevant marketing experience, with examples of projects you personally delivered and results you helped achieve.

• Strong organisation, communication and follow-through.

• Commercial awareness—you understand how marketing contributes to revenue and customer relationships.

• Someone who can work independently, prioritise tasks and flag problems with proposed solutions.

• A team player who is willing to help colleagues and adapt when business priorities change.

We're still a startup company. This role suits someone who enjoys a broad scope, takes initiative and is comfortable getting involved in the details. You'll have guidance from the Marketing Manager, alongside the responsibility to move your work forward without constant reminders.
