Job Overview:
The client's company is rapidly expanding its cloud solutions across global markets and is seeking passionate, curious, and customer-focused individuals to join its Cloud Solution Architect Team.
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned cloud experts to design, document, and present technical solutions that address real-world customer challenges. Whether supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives or contracted customer engagements, you will be exposed to a wide range of cloud technologies and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and customize cloud-based solutions for customers, ensuring smooth implementation and successful project delivery.
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and the client's company's internal engineering teams, translating business requirements and industry best practices into effective technical solutions.
- Plan, monitor, and deliver PoC, migration, and onboarding projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and industry standards.
- Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting, and architectural guidance, working closely with sales and account teams to support customer engagement and cloud adoption.
- Provide post-sales technical support to key customers; participation in weekend or public holiday on-call support may be required on a roster basis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with 12 years of hands-on experience in public cloud platforms, CDN, and/or cloud security.
- Solid understanding of cloud concepts, including compute, networking, storage, security, and scalability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with regional and China-based stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to AI technologies, scripting or automation languages (e.g., Python, Shell), and basic project management concepts is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies.
