Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, based in Seri Kembangan with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet financial objectives. Additional responsibilities include preparing cost plans, developing reports, and collaborating with project teams to monitor and optimize project costs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to track and manage budgets effectively.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting for accurate project analysis and communication.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working on commercial or retail construction projects is an advantage.
