Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam | Penang | Johor | Kota Kinabalu | Bintulu (Sarawak) for a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include delivering presentations, understanding client needs, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies. You will also be expected to analyze market trends and provide insights to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients
  • Market analysis and strategic thinking skills to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Experience in the workforce development or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
