Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both new business development and existing customer management, with a focus on expanding our customer base beyond the automotive industry into healthcare and medical device sectors.

This role offers an opportunity to develop strong B2B sales skills and, in the future, take on responsibilities at a level comparable to a Japanese manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities, mainly targeting local Malaysian companies.

Conduct sales activities including cold calling, appointment setting, customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.

Identify customer needs and propose suitable products and solutions.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.

Handle approximately 5 existing accounts and support the overall customer base.

Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales activities and business opportunities.

Expand the company's business into new industries, particularly healthcare and medical device sectors.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication regarding quotations, orders, production, delivery, and customer requirements.

Prepare sales reports and provide updates on customer activities, business opportunities, and sales progress to the Senior Sales Manager.

Travel domestically, mainly to Penang and Johor, approximately once a month.

Occasional overseas business trips may be required depending on business needs, including destinations such as the USA, Brazil, UK, Taiwan, and China.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the Senior Sales Manager.

Sales Ratio

New Business Development: Approximately 50%
