Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

a) Sales

  • Identify and target new customers such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and territory plan.
  • Conduct sales visits, product pitches, and follow-up meetings to close details.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and tender submissions within company guidelines.

b) Customer Relationship Management

  • Built strong relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to strengthen long-term partnerships.

c) Market Research & Territory Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new launches and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
  • Report market feedback to management for product or strategy improvement.

d) Sales Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales-related paperwork (quotations, tenders, contracts).

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in medical devices, consumables, or pharmaceutical sales/clinical support.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences of related field
  • Good presentation and public speaking abilities.
