Job Responsibilities:
a) Sales
- Identify and target new customers such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and territory plan.
- Conduct sales visits, product pitches, and follow-up meetings to close details.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and tender submissions within company guidelines.
b) Customer Relationship Management
- Built strong relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and hospital decision-makers.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to strengthen long-term partnerships.
c) Market Research & Territory Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new launches and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
- Report market feedback to management for product or strategy improvement.
d) Sales Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of sales-related paperwork (quotations, tenders, contracts).
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in medical devices, consumables, or pharmaceutical sales/clinical support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences of related field
- Good presentation and public speaking abilities.
