Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Sunway Putra Hotel in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure sales targets are met and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Client Acquisition skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
