Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD solutions to enhance business functionality and overall performance
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions within the SD module
- Analyze current business processes and recommend scalable, effective solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
- Provide hands-on support in configuration, enhancements, and user exits
- Lead and support full-cycle SAP implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Resolve system issues and ensure timely closure
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to business users and stakeholders
- Handle complex assignments and contribute to process improvements
- Apply and share industry best practices across projects
- Travel regionally (Indonesia, China, Singapore) as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7–8 years of experience in SAP SD
- Proven experience in 4–7 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of business processes, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of SAP WM or MM modules is an advantage
- Experience in preparing business process documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and deployment activities
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
