Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing or managing Corporate Development assignments in feasibility studies, preparing financial model and project advisory.
  • Communicate and engage with project managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand project financials, cost structures, and requirements for transaction document preparation.
  • Support the drafting, formatting, and presentation of business proposals, board papers, and other key documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of transaction-related documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Assist in monitor project milestones and deliverables, and assist in managing timelines and documentation for smooth execution of assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate development, or related role within banking, accounting, or finance-related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA) or equivalent are considered an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
