Job Description

Job Objective :

Manage department operational efficiency, keep track of payment and invoicing. Project manage to ensure deliverables are met. Coordinate and manage digital projects and Business As Usual activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project management for digital initiatives, from concept through delivery.
  • Work with IT to align on timeline and task required when it comes to UAT testing and Live verification.
  • Consult finance on payment related matters.
  • Follow up payment process and ensure following procurement process on vendor sourcing.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Review wireframes, and final UI designs for usability, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) and external vendors.
  • UAT Testing within the timeline.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Post Live verification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
