What You'llDo
- Plan,activate, andoptimize paidcampaigns onLinkedIn, GoogleSearch, AEO/GEO, industryverticals, andbusiness platformsfor B2B demandgeneration.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing(ABM) and retargeting focusedon business audiences, personas, andkey account lists.
- Collaboratewith sales, dealer, and businessdevelopment teamsto define targetaccounts, messaging, and contentsyndication needs.
- Optimize leadgeneration forms, landing pages, and conversionflows for CPL, lead quality, and pipelinecontribution.
- Set up tracking(using UTM, CRMintegration,GA4) and reporton MQLs, pipeline, and attributionagainst B2B KPIs.
- Test LinkedIn, Google, andB2B partner placementsfor new formatsand learnings.
- Analyze andrefine targeting, audiences, andbid strategiesfor firms, industries, and buyer roles.
Who You Are
- 24 yearsof B2B paid mediaor digital campaignmanagement experience.
- Direct experiencein LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, programmaticB2B, CRM retargeting.
- Analytical, reliable, andcomfortable workingwith sales teamsand pipelinereporting.
- Familiar withB2B lead gensales cyclesand account-basedtargeting.
- Data-driven withexcellent organizationaland communicationskills.
