Through your meticulous selection process, youll build the future of Deriv, one exemplary hire at a time.
Your challenges
Source and hire top-tier talent for Derivs global offices to set the stage for organisational success and ensure alignment with departmental KPIs.
Engage proactively with high-potential candidates through diverse mediums like headhunting, job boards, social media, and industry events.
Conduct insightful screenings using the Topgrading methodology to ensure candidates meet skill requirements and align with our corporate culture.
Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet Derivs evolving talent needs.
Craft compelling content in partnership with the marketing team, spotlighting Derivs unique attributes through videos, articles, and social media campaigns.
Utilise and analyse data-driven approaches to offer actionable insights on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment effectiveness.
Maintain meticulous candidate and recruitment records in our applicant tracking system, adhering to Derivs stringent hiring policies.
Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, offering a seamless journey from the first point of contact to onboarding.
What you have
3+ years of experience as a recruiter in finance or tech
University degree in human resources or a related field
Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
Capability in recruitment marketing, employer brand-building experience
Strong grasp of HR and recruiting best practices, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in office management software such as Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to grasp new systems and procedures
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
