We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in BPO recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for various BPO functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various BPO positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment solutions that align with company goals.
- Maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the BPO and game development industries.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment.
- Familiarity with high-volume hiring processes and fast-paced work environments.
- Prior experience in recruiting for game development projects is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools.
