Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in BPO recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for various BPO functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various BPO positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment solutions that align with company goals.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the BPO and game development industries.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve hiring strategies.
  • Requirements

    • Diploma or bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment.
    • Familiarity with high-volume hiring processes and fast-paced work environments.
    • Prior experience in recruiting for game development projects is a strong plus.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools.
