About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to support end-to-end testing activities within a banking environment. This role will work closely with Test Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clarity of testing requirements and assist in overall test management activities
• Coordinate test data preparation, defect triage, and track defects until closure
• Prepare and present daily/weekly test progress and status reports
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with testing processes, standards, and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr)
• Identify risks, resolve environment issues, and maintain testing quality
• Support escalation handling during testing phases
• Review testing artifacts to ensure quality deliverables
• Guide teams in using test management tools effectively

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services
• Minimum 5 years in a Test Lead / Management role
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise testing programs
• Strong knowledge of STLC and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience in functional & non-functional testing
• Mandatory certification: ISTQB – CTFL
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Proven leadership in managing testing teams
• Willing to support extended hours when required

• Exposure to enterprise-level banking systems
