Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications plays a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand presence, support business objectives, and enhance stakeholder engagement. This role leads multichannel communication initiatives, oversees content and campaign development, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. The role demands strong strategic planning, solid project management skills, and the ability to steer media partners and agencies toward delivering on expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with organizational priorities and brand strategy.
- Lead multichannel campaigns designed to promote products, services, business initiatives, and thought leadership.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, content calendars, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Leverage data analytics, audience insights, sentiment analysis, and market trends to inform campaign improvements and future planning.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, product teams, and crossfunctional partners.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, and production partners to deliver highquality marketing collateral and digital assets.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, events, sponsorships, and other marketing activities.
- Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- 6-8+ years of experience in high-tech, IT, B2B or regional marketing roles.
- Proven success in integrated B2B marketing across multi-country environments.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex marketing programs.
- Able to travel based on business needs (20-30%)
