Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities (specifically focused on targeting building owners), managing accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Daily tasks include lead generation, developing business proposals, meeting with potential clients, and maintaining records of sales and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business and Account Management skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in sales and knowledge of the facility management industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
