Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and timekeeping administration.
- Provide support for HRIS and other business systems, including basic system troubleshooting and data management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on HR and system-related matters.
- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- IT-savvy with the ability to support HRIS and other business systems, troubleshoot basic system issues, manage data accurately, and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Previous experience in an HR role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
